Leaders on a Journey is a community intended to bring together leaders and emerging leaders to develop your skills and build relationships so that you have greater confidence and influence, inspire those around you, and have positive impact on the people and organizations you lead.

When you take on leadership roles, it is common to feel alone in dealing with the ups and downs of those responsibilities. You might not feel it’s appropriate to talk to those you lead about challenges, and depending on the environment, peers may not have your best interests in mind.

One of the key ways that leaders develop themselves is through peer networking. Yet, these structures are rarely in place for emerging leaders or mid-level managers and leaders of small teams. That’s the void Leaders on a Journey is looking to fill!
